Here are the requirements to become a members of the BAHDC:

• Resides in California and subscribes to the policies and purposes of the BAHDC.

• If eligible to vote, you must be registered as a Democrat or have expressed intent to register as a Democrat, or

• If unable to register to vote and over the age of 16, you must have expressed an affiliation with the Democratic Party.

• You must submit a completed Membership Application and

• Pay the membership fees.
